Honors of the Academy:
The Academy’s highest award, recognizes individuals who have shown outstanding commitment to the field of audiology and unfailing support of the Illinois Academy of Audiology.
Outstanding Clinical Educator Award: This award recognizes any audiologist who has made an exceptional contribution to clinical education of audiology students, with service as an off-campus preceptor for an audiology academic program in Illinois. Early Leader Award:
This award recognizes current students or young professionals who have demonstrated leadership within the profession. The intent of the Early Leader Award is to foster and recognize leadership efforts within the audiology profession in Illinois.
Special Recognition Award: Special recognition awards are given to ILAA members, community leaders, business persons, journalists and other supporters of audiology who help promote the mission of the Academy’s goals.
